Can you import/export MS projects and Excel into FlowWright PM?

Yes!  Users can import their MS Project file into a project and use that as starting point for projects.

What is different about FlowWright PM versus MS Project or Oracle’s Primavera?

Even excellent tools like Project and P6 are simply planning tools - but FlowWright PM binds the plan to execution so that project members get tasks at the right time and in the right order, and managers and others have visibility into real-time status and progress - including critical path information and completion projections.

Is this hosted or is it on-premises?

It can be licensed either way.  Our pricing page shows both options.

Can we see exactly where a project is at any time?

Yes - you can see graphically and you can drill down to project steps to see details.

Can managers get notified if tasks are past due?

Yes, and you can even reassign to other project members if needed within the platform. There is also a feature to have users acknowledge tasks so everyone is accountable so the project can keep moving along.
