At the end of each year, we all look back and look forward simultaneously: where are we, how did we get here, and where are we going?! Many of us are in such a slog all year long, that this seasonal reflection is welcome. Re-assessing what we do, why we do it, how well we do it, and how we can do it better…that is the basis for continuous improvement!
A good friend of mine, Roger, is the CEO of a mid-sized company that offers a wide range of products and services on every continent except Antarctica. As a typical CEO, he is fanatical about organizing his company for success. At the end of each year, he grades out all functions and roles just like schools do. The main difference in his grading that differentiates from school system grading, is that a failing grade is not necessarily a bad thing: he views it is an opportunity to develop his company and grow in a new direction. As a CEO he does not care that sales is a B- this year, he is encouraged that it was a C or a C+ at this time last year and is improving. Roger’s focus on continuous improvement and dedication to the process results in a company that is more competitive and efficient year over year. All companies can benefit from this type of reflective and self-grading approach.

If so, FlowWright has the perfect solution.
Let us help your company see improvement by getting started with one of these areas:
